Oberon Prize

My poem, “Seven Tanka,” won First Prize in the Oberon Poetry Contest and publication in Oberon magazine in 2018. The judge was poet Daniel Thomas Moran. You can read the poem as well as the judge’s preface in this announcement and excerpt from the issue.

“Blue Ridge”

This poem is part of a book-length autobiographical series, Dusk Book, following the same form and composed from the 1960s to the present. It appeared in the journal Mudfish in 2022.
